Mel(issa) is a licensed Esthetician + Cosmetologist, and the owner of The Beauty Bar. She is trained and certified in Aviva Labs sunless tanning, microblading with madluvv, Dermaplaning, Xtreme Lashes, SugarlashPRO lashes, and SFX makeup. She trained in makeup at the Make Up For Ever academy in NYC, and the Academy of Freelance Makeup in London, UK, and online with the QC Academy; as well as dip powder nails and e-file certified! Mel is a former hairstylist in Las Vegas, and now a licensed cosmetologist here in New Hampshire. She likes short walks to taco bell and margaritas with a spicy rim. She also has 3 fur babies: Charlee, The Flash, and Riggins, but they cray, so they're not allowed in here anymore. Well, Riggins the English Bulldog is, sometimes, when he acts right.
Emily is a licensed esthetician who graduated from Michaels Paul Mitchell school back in 2019 as valedictorian. She is certified in lash extensions through Express Extensions, and fell in love with the art of lashes and brows. When she is not working, she enjoys reading fantasy novels, gardening, and being creative in anayway (painting, digital art, coloring, ect.). She has an Australian Shepherd named Levi who is 4 along with many other animals. She looks forward to being the one to service your beauty needs! And if you're an avid reader, would love some new recommendations!

Caity is a licensed esthetician. She has began apprenticing with The Beauty Bar, and directly under Mel in December 2018, and became licensed in spring 2020. She is certified through Paul Mitchell Academy with Lash Affair lash extensions, and in makeup. She loves chocolate milk and all things beauty! Caity recently became a licensed LNA, and has a passion for helping others. She no longer works with The Beauty Bar day to day, but is one of our freelance makeup artists for weddings, and you may catch her in here every few weeks for her lashies (can’t live without them).
